If you received a damaged or defective item, please mail it to the address above with a note describing the issue, or stop by our showroom during business hours. We'll be happy to replace it.

We print on a wide variety of premium apparel brands including Gildan, Bella + Canvas, Next Level, Independent Trading Co., Comfort Colors, Richardson, Yupoong, and many more. We also offer our own YS Brand apparel.
All screen printing is produced in-house at Yooper Shirts Headquarters in Ishpeming using professional plastisol and water-based inks. Customers are welcome to visit our showroom Monday–Friday to view apparel samples, discuss custom projects, and pick up online orders.
To maintain the quality of the shirt and graphic for many years to come, we recommend that you machine-wash cold, inside-out, with like colors (especially for the first few washes). Also, to maintain the fit of the shirt, hangdrying is recommended.
Yes, we do restock items. We consistently have new items coming and going so some items are not always available. Items that are requested more will be more of a priority but at a certain point we do eventually have to stop producing some products.
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or regular account payments all through Shopify as well as cash (in-store) and checks (in-store/by mail).
Our website is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. We have invested significant time and money to certify our solution is PCI compliant. From annual on-site assessments validating compliance to continuous risk management, we work hard to keep our shopping cart and e-commerce hosting secure.
Yooper Shirts designs are led by Founder and Creative Director Jeremy "Syms" Symons in collaboration with the YS creative team. A graduate of Ishpeming High School (Class of 1997), Symons is a self-taught designer with more than 25 years of experience in branding, graphic design, apparel, and creative direction. While Yooper Shirts celebrates life in Michigan's Upper Peninsula, his work has helped businesses, organizations, events, and brands throughout the United States.
We currently have a team of six specializing in sales, customer service, graphic design, marketing, and production. Every order is designed, printed, and fulfilled from our headquarters in Ishpeming, Michigan, where all of our screen printing is produced in-house.
Our showroom is open Monday–Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, where customers can browse samples, discuss custom apparel projects, and pick up online orders.
