Yes, we do restock items. We constantly have new items coming and going so some items are not always in-stock. Items that are requested more will be more of a priority but at a certain point we do eventually have to stop producing some products.
Special orders are items that we currently do not stock and are made especially for you. They are expected to ship within 5 business days from your order date. Keep in mind it may take anywhere from 5-7 business days to produce custom orders and shipping depending on our current workload. Shipping & Handling fees are also non-refundable. You can exchange an item for a different size, in the same style of shirt within 20 days of receiving payment. To maintain the quality of the shirt and graphic for many years to come, we recommend that you machine-wash cold, inside-out, with like colors (especially the first time). Also, to maintain the fit of the shirt, hangdrying is recommended.
Owner/Designer of Yooper Shirts, Jeremy "SYMS" Symons, has been a graphic designer since he graduated from Ishpeming High School in 1997. Originally from Ishpeming, Michigan, he's a self-taught artist who also spent a few years studying at Northern Michigan University (Graphic Communications) from 2005-2008.
